Does anyone know what happened to TRIDENT? I had a pivotal life experience on Her as a 15 yr.old. way back in the 1960’s and have never forgotten it. (“Uncle Freddy” McConnell was Skipper at the time and Greg ??? was 2nd in command.) Whenever TRIDENT was sailing they always asked me on as crew because they knew that I loved sailing on Her. 3. Here are some other TBI alumni and updates about Trident (apparently she sank).
I think that it must have been Greig Cooke that you are speaking about. And Freddy was down visiting the boats last summer.
Hope to see you at the TBI 50th anniversary party on Nov 10th 2012
