Toronto Brigantine is now accepting applications for the 2014 Summer Program. We so appreciate the help of all the TBI Friends and Alumni that help us to promote the TBI Summer Program each year. Kezia Weed and the Marketing Committee and volunteers have developed some new marketing materials to support your efforts.
Toronto Brigantine’s the Summer Program is targeted to youth ages 13 to 18, who are able to swim 100 metres and tread water for 10 minutes, are ready for adventure and are looking for NEW FRIENDS, EXCITING CHALLENGES and NEW SKILLS while sailing the Great Lakes and Georgian Bay this summer. In 2014, we offer a choice of one or two weeks courses … sailing around the Great Lakes. In the past, many trainees have extended to the next course because they liked the first one so much. Bursaries are available thanks to the generosity of The Marine Club and other corporate and private donors who share the believe that no youth should be excluded from participating due to financial barriers.
TBI Summer Program is eligible for Duke of Edinburgh Awards.
There are still spots available to book for Adult, School or Corporate Charters for half day, full day and overnight sailing in May, Jun, September and October.

[Assistance with distribution of fliers at any locations where parents and youth frequent is appreciated – schools, youth centres, community centres, places of worship, skating rinks, swimming pools, community bulletin boards at grocery stores, or other similar locations. You can print fliers for yourself directly from the PDF file TBI Postcard – Jan 2013, final, or we have had fliers printed up – thanks to the generosity of Danny Brown at Market Connections – and are available for pick up from the TBI office.]
